In the direction of the technical flow for weaving, it mainly consists of: take-up unit, weftbeating-up unit, opening unit, andwarp feeding unit, etc.

1.1  Coiling device

2  Run Operation

2.1  Features

Features

2.1.1  The loom adopts button and rotary operation, as shown in the figure1shown.

2.1.2  The loom can be started and stopped at any position.

The weaving machine can be started up and stopped at any running position.

2.1.3  It has the functions of automatic stop and red traffic light display.

It has the function of automatic stop and red/green light indication at weft or warp broken.

2.2  Operation

2.2.1  Pull the knob switch to the handle gear, and the motor brake is disengaged to realize the manual test run and adjustment.

 Turn the knob to the MANUAL stage to release the motor brake for manual trial running and adjusting.

 

2.2.2  Turn the knob switch to automatic gear, and the loom enters normal operation. Press the forward rotation button to make the loom move normally.

Turn the knob to the AUTOMATIC stage and then press the FORWARD button to bring the weaving machine into normal operation.

2.2.3  When there is a warp break or a weft break failure, the loom will automatically stop and the red light or green light will be displayed. After troubleshooting, press the stop button and the indicator light goes out before the loom can enter normal operation. If the stop button is pressed, the display light does not go out, and the loom does not operate even if the ammonium is turned forward, indicating that the fault has not been eliminated.

At a fault of weft broken or warp broken, the weaving machine will be automatically stopped and the red/green light will give an indication. The weaving machine can be brought back into normal operation after the fault is removed, the STOP button is pressed down, and the indicator is turned off. If the indicator does not turn off when the STOP button is pressed down, and the weaving machine can not be brought back into normal operation even by pressing down the FORWARD button, it means the fault hasn't been removed yet.

2.2.4  When it is necessary to stop, press the stop button and the loom can stop at any position.

When necessary, the weaving machine can be stopped at anyrunning position by pressing down the STOP button.

2.2.5  Press the reverse twist and the loom reverses. Generally, it is reversed when the weft is broken, but the reversal function should not be used frequently in general to avoid the rapier breaking the warp. In addition, frequent reversal will cause the motor to heat up and even burn the motor.

The weaving machine will be brought into reverse running bypressing down the REVERSE button. Usually reverse running is required at any weft broken, but it is recommended not using this function frequently otherwise the rapier will break off the warp line or the motor will be damaged because of overheat.

2.2.6  Press the jog button to jog the loom. But it is best not to use it frequently to avoid damage to the motor.

The weaving machine will be inching by pressing down the INCH button, but it is recommended not using this function otherwise the motor will be damaged.

3  Installation, commissioning

Installation and Tiral Operation

3.1   Installation

3.1.1  It is best to unpack the loom at the installation site, and check whether it is complete according to the packing list after unpacking.

It is better to unpack the weaving machine at the installation site and check whether the parts on the packing list are completed.

3.1.2  Hoisting equipment shall be used for loom handling as much as possible.

The weaving machine shall be transported and handled by ahoisting apparatus.

 

3.1.3  Loom split packaging, a total of four parts. Such as schematic diagram212. Represents the main drive-beating-up-coiling, etc., I .e. the front part of the loom;22. Represents left and right send-through stay;3, Represents the let-off part, that is, the back of the loom;42. Channel steel representing base. After unpacking, connect the loom into a whole according to the disassembly position shown in the schematic diagram.

The weaving machine is separately packed in four parts totally as shown in Fig. 2: a) this part includes the main driving, weft beating-up and take-up units, i.e. the front part of the weaving machine; b) this parts includes the left and right warp feeding stays; c) this part includes the warp feeding unit, i.e. the rear part of the weaving machine; d) this part includes the channel steel of the base. After the weaving machine is unpacked, the above parts shall be integrated correctly as per thesketchdrawing.

3.1.4   The loom shall be installed on a flat and firm foundation, and the loom shall be flat and plugged with an electric iron, and the accuracy shall be used.0.02mmThe level meter to check the vertical parallelism of the top surface of the wallboard relative to the horizontal plane is1000:0.01, horizontally1000:0.02.

The weaving machine shall be installed on aleveled and firm foundation with the assistance ofsizing blocks, and aleveling instrument in an accuracy of 0.02mm shall be used forleveling to ensure theparallelism between the wallboard top and the horizontal plane is 1000:0.01 inlongitudinal and 1000:0.02 intransversal.

3.1.5  The screws connecting all parts of the loom must be tightened and must not be loose.

All parts of the weaving machine must be connected by bolts tightly.

3.2  Commissioning

Trial operation

3.2.1  Before commissioning, carefully wipe off the anti-rust oil from all parts of the loom.

The antirust oil on each part shall be swept away before trial operation.

 

 

3.2.2  The oil box of the worm gear is filled with oil, and the oil level overpasses the teeth. All lubrication cups, oil holes, gear, worm gear and sliding parts need to be lubricated.

Theworm gear box shall be filled with oil, and the oil shall be full over the gears, and each lubricating cup, oil hole, gear pair, worm gear pair, sliding pair and other lubricating part shall be sufficiently oiled.

3.2.3  Grounding wire of motor and frame.

The motor and the housing shall be correctly earthed.

3.2.4  The loom is connected to the power supply, and the idling motor is checked for correct steering.

  After the weaving machine is connected to the power supply, make the rotor rotate in no load to check whether it rotates in a correct direction.

3.2.5  When testing, first turn the knob switch to the hand gear, and turn the handwheel at the left end of the crankshaft by hand;

Use the shaft to turn twice less, and turn four times at least when the four-horse heddle is used. After the rotation is flexible and there is no jamming and other abnormal phenomena, turn the knob to the automatic gear before pressing each button.

Before trial operation, firstly turn the knob to the MANUAL stage, and then manually turn the handwheel at the left of the crankshaft at least for two circles when two bolts ofheald are used and four circles when four bolts of heald are used to check whether there is anyjamming or any other irregularity, and finally turn the knob to the AUTOMATIC stage before pressing a button.

3.2.6  Press each button separately to check its function.

Press each button one by one to check whether the functions are normal.

3.2.7  Check whether the automatic stop display function of broken warp and weft is normal.

Check whether the automatic stop and indication functions at weft/warp broken are normal.
