4.1 Flat-woven opening device and adjustment
4.1.1 The warp opening is realized by the cam pair and the pedal lever and the pedal heald lever system.
4.1.2 Tappet installation, in opening closed position, at crankshaft angle315° is the standard. And according to the change of different network classes to adjust
4.1.3 The adjustment of the opening, within the scope of the rapier through, the rapier head can pass as the principle, try to make the opening small. When the opening is at its maximum, the gap between the upper warp and the sword band is8mmLeft and right is appropriate. In this way, the quality of the net surface can be guaranteed and the warp thread broken due to too much tension can be avoided.
The size of the opening can be adjusted by adjusting the upper and lower positions in the pedal lever.If the opening needs to be reduced, the pedal rod will be adjusted upward; if the opening needs to be increased, the pedal rod will be adjusted downward. And the journey of the same heald must be the same.
4.2 Preparation of main motion gear

4.3 Coiling device
4.3.1 Installation position of the curling cam

4.3.2 The working principle of the coiling device
The crimping device has a self-adjusting function, when the net is rolled on the roll to gradually increase its diameter, resulting in an increase in the amount of winding.
When, the compensation roller will act, through the connecting rod system, so that the take-up volume is always consistent, the principle is shown in the figure7shown.
4.3.3 Adjustment of coiling device
The size of the take-up depends on the density of the fabric. Its fabric density is adjusted by adjusting the take-up pin in the take-up rocker
The upper and lower positions of the card are realized.
When the fabric density is too thin. When the density of the fabric is too dense, the coiling and selling are adjusted downward.
When a certain set of gears is used and the required winding amount cannot be achieved by adjusting the position of the winding pin, the gears must be replaced.

4.4.2 The working principle of the let-off device

4.4.3 Adjustment of the send-off device
In the process of weaving the loom, in principle, the amount of the let-off and the amount of the roll-up are consistent, by adjusting the pin in the let-off rocker.

When the send-off is faster than the coiling, the send-off is sold up; when the send-off is slower than the coiling, the send-off is sold down.
in the normal operation of the loom, the weight rod in principle remains stable. If the weight lever tends to the up state, adjust it downward.
Send to distribution; if the weight lever tends to be in a downward state, adjust upward to send to distribution,In addition, weaving a certain density of the net, is by adjusting the amount of winding and the amount of feed to achieve the feed. 4.5 Rapier movement and adjustment

4.5.3 The adjustment of the limit position of the rapier is realized by adjusting the length of the screw.
When the rapier crosses the limit position in the forward direction, adjust the screw upward; when the rapier is not in place in the forward direction, adjust the screw to the short direction.
4.5.4 Open Roller Adjustment
The time at which the weft thread is disengaged from the rapier is determined by the position of the open roller.
The installation position of the open roller, I .e. the distance between it and the effective net surface, can be considered according to the strength of the wire. Generally speaking, when weaving high-strength wires, the effective mesh distance of the open roller is larger, and when weaving low-strength wires, the effective mesh distance of the open roller is smaller. The user may decide according to the condition of the fabric.The compression of the open roller to the rapier should not be too large, as long as the line can be loosened, otherwise the rapier and steel buckle will be damaged. The size of its compression is adjusted by adjusting the relative position of the open roller and the rapier.
4.6 Weft thread supply and adjustment
4.6.1 The weft thread supply is realized by the coordinated action of the rapier lead wire and the weft clamping and cutting.
The weft clamping device shall be suitable for clamping the weft thread. Too loose will affect the quality of the mesh surface so that the lead cannot be normal. Too tight will cause frequent weft breakage and cannot work normally.
When the weft clamping device is too loose, turn the spring push rod to adjust the wire sheet forward; when the weft clamping device is too tight, turn the spring push rod to adjust the wire sheet backward
