In recent years, the management of our Jinglian Machinery Company has become more and more standardized, but there are still many shortcomings. There are mainly the following points:
1. The number of protective equipment is small;
2. Pay less attention to the health of front-line employees in the workshop;
3, employee benefits need to be improved;
4, the company's key employees of the incentive mechanism is not perfect.
In view of the above deficiencies, our company has made improvements. 1. According to the needs of different jobs, we will uniformly distribute qualified labor protection articles and appliances, and supervise employees to wear and use them correctly. Earplugs and protective glasses have now been purchased, and the iron-head protective shoes will be perfected in the future.
2. Organize a full-staff physical examination every year. Improve the work efficiency of employees, reduce the work disharmony caused by illness and absence, etc., affect the work progress, care for the health of employees, improve the sense of belonging and enthusiasm of employees, reduce the loss of human resources, and improve work efficiency.
3. Improve welfare benefits: organize regular travel for all employees, organize external training, set year-end awards, and take paid holidays on holidays.
4. For the retention of key employees and the later development of the company, improve the salary and treatment, give priority to organizing study or outdoor development, hold discussions with individuals from time to time at the top of the company (the content is not limited to work), and give full opportunities for promotion of management positions. At present, the company has not yet realized the share distribution system, but this is also the general direction of the company's development. Managers and key employees will have the treatment of distributing shares.
Through the promotion of employee care, cultivate a more sunny and pleasant employee mentality; create a more harmonious team atmosphere; enhance the cohesion, innovation and execution of the team, and promote the realization of corporate strategic goals.
