Improve the work efficiency of employees, reduce the work disharmony caused by illness and absence, etc., affect the work progress, care for the health of employees, improve the sense of belonging and enthusiasm of employees, reduce the loss of human resources, and improve work efficiency.

3. Improve welfare benefits: organize regular travel for all employees, organize external training, set year-end awards, and take paid holidays on holidays.
4. For the retention of key employees and the later development of the company, improve the salary and treatment, give priority to organizing study or outdoor development, hold discussions with individuals from time to time at the top of the company (the content is not limited to work), and give full opportunities for promotion of management positions. At present, the company has not yet realized the share distribution system, but this is also the general direction of the company's development.
